We are old souls in young bodies
who are very enamored with one another,
whose love story is still growing.
Just like the lovers that came before us,
we take pleasure in listening and telling tales
of all the love and how it has
transcended through the wisps of years.
That old kind of love has us
chasing your memories leading us to:
elopement and engagements,
as well as, anniversaries and vow renewals.
From Telluride to the West Coast of states,
from even to Switzerland and Hawaii
to our own backyard, as travelers turning love stories
into pieces of vintage art and yesteryear cinemas,
we can never go too far.
We take that vintage passion
and paint it’s love in portraits,
so your Lover’s Tale, and all its adventures,
will be immortalized.

You will often hear us say,
"to be extraordinary is to be incomparable."
It is something we believe in wholeheartedly.
Then strive to embed into every relationship
and every storybook we get to make.
After all,
Humans are,
in their own way, art.
Your love and wandering spirit,
is the key
We are just here to shut up, and immortalize your Lover's Tale...
While you drive all of us into the sunset
to the start of a
Happily Ever after.
{You know, the tale as old as time}

It's not Alexander Hamilton, but my favorite musical is Hamilton. My name is Benjamin but I go by Ben for short!
Not to sound like a Instagram bio but here is a little about me! Married (At the time of this blog for 4 years),
I love eating peanut butter straight out of the jar, Star Wars anything, and I'm just an overall nerd.
Now to get to know me more, so then we can connect better. Before I shoot you with a camera, not a blaster, that is of course.

more about me!
Growing up in Colorado, I always had an interest in learning videography/photography, especially since there are many landscapes and memories that can be made hiking through mountains. They have always taken my breath away but not as much as seeing the love that a couple in love can share.
Why did I choose to switch to videography? Well, I love photography and it still to this day holds a special place in my heart as I still take photos when I see a brief moment in time I’d like to capture. I switched to videography because a huge part of my life was watching movies and soaking in the emotions they relay. So in tandem with Becca’s elaborate moments captured in time, I wanted to help bring those fully to life!
I love seeing the guys that had previously hated getting photos and videos taken of them, then change their minds after having a memorable time with us!
It takes me back to when Becca moved up and was helping break me of that mindset as well. When I would literally run from the camera.
If you stick a guy in a studio flashing a camera at them they are bound to dislike the experience but when you take them on an adventure and give them delightful food afterward, they will change their mind.
Although our fields are closely related videography comes with several differences but she still was able to teach me 90% of what I needed to know and use to this day.
The rest was up to me. I’ve grown through learning more about my craft and now I am ready to take on your artistic challenges. Going on adventures like a hobbit or having better aim than a storm trooper.
To expand on our team, Becca and I have had our own time to develop and hone our talents, bringing a vintage, artistic touch to your walls, social media, and experiences.
I am a co-founder, lead videographer, IT Guy full time, and I do computer work on the side for Worldwide Elopement Visuals. With Becca WEV's lead photographer, fashion designer, and we have a combined memory of 14 astounding years of memories, adventures and creating magical art.
To get an even deeper glance into the minds behind the magic go check out our Meet the Bees page.

What's his name, it's Benjamin but I go by Ben for short! It's not Alexander Hamilton, although my favorite musical is Hamilton. Which saying that I have a favorite musical is saying a lot because I usually don’t. Yet again the Greatest Showman is another that was very well done.
I have ADHD, if you couldn't tell, love eating peanut butter straight out of the jar, Star Wars anything, and spending time out in nature whether that's with clients or friends or just by ourselves with our pups.
I’m happily married (At the time of this blurb for 4 years) to my marvelous wife Becca, who you can expand your knowledge about below!

Growing up in Colorado, I always had an interest in learning videography/photography. Especially since there are many landscapes and memories that can be made hiking through mountains. They have always taken my breath away but not as much as seeing the love that a couple in love can share.
I grew up in front of a TV dreaming of the day I would launch away from that point in my life. No one was going to do that for me so I picked something that had influenced me through my childhood to become a master at and that was Information Technology, I worked hard and got a degree, before I knew it I was working my first job away from what have kept me still, my entire life.
Until I met Becca, my interest in becoming a photographer/videographer had never taken a foothold due to my resources and time. I asked her if she would teach me to get creative and live a dream I had thought about for years. She did just that.
I started using a great starter camera and would shadow her on shoots. It wasn't until Becca showed me that this camera was also capable of taking video that I hadn't fully immersed myself in the idea that we could be a duo, media creative team.
Why did I choose to switch to videography?
Well, I love photography and don't get me wrong it still to this day holds a special place in my heart as I still take photos when I see a brief moment in time I’d like to capture or my wife is being the muse I have always seen her as.
I love videography as it is photography a thousand times over, elaborating on the moments that were captured in time. I wanted to help bring those fully to life, Frame after frame, moment after moment. I see it as creating art. I am the moving frames in our "vivid stills and moving frames" phrase. Because I get to capture your lovers tale, in a cinematic way.
"I love seeing the guys, or well anyone" go from hating photos and videos. To then realizing how much fun it can be! My favorite compliment/review is when after a visual session is done, a honeybee goes "I was dreading this for nothing. That was so much fun!"
Whoa, this takes me back to when Becca moved up and was helping me break out of that mindset as well. Where I would literally run from the camera and do whatever I could to hind my face.
What I learned was if you stick someone in a studio flashing a camera at them they are bound to dislike the experience but when you take them on an adventure and give them delightful food afterward, they will change their mind.
Although our fields are closely related videography comes with several differences but Becca was/is still able to teach me 90% of what I need to know and use daily. The rest was up to me.
One of those similarities is color grading, but at the same time the software that we both utilize are different in the ways it handles color grading.
To expand on our teams growth, Becca and I have had our own time to develop and hone our talents with photography and videography, bringing a vintage, artistic touch to your walls, social media, and experiences. While all along going on adventures like Han, Princess Leia, and Chewy while at the same time having better aim than a fleet of storm troopers.
I am a co-founder, lead videographer, IT Guy full time, as well as I do computer work on the side for Worldwide Elopement Visuals.
Becca is WEV's lead photographer, fashion designer, and we have a combined tenure of 14 years making memories and helping make life sweeter for all. Kind of like adding honey to a really good tea!

I stress eat cheese & my lactose intolerance hates that! As well as my husband (you met him above already!!) So I try not to do it often. Instead, deep-diving into a book is my best stress relief. Which is perfect for recovery after long days spent on adventure elopements and couple portraits, kept us in mountains and hiking!
Speaking of adventure sessions!
What can you expect from me during a day of photography and adventure?
Fast talking, zooming around like squirrel for different angles and perspectives. Only to rest like a lazy tiger in between zoomies. Lastly you can expect extreme animation about food but nearly as exuberant as I can get over making art with you and your lover.
Now you decide!
Am I interesting enough to get to know more?

Aloha, Hola, Hey ya!
Welcome to our ever growing website!
Living in the South East Gulf Coastal Areas of the United States as a child.
I fell in love with the art of the world. As well as the people I met on traveling back and forth, between states.
Got one wicked bite from this thing called "Wanderlust."
So naturally traveling had to stay in my future.
You can read my full journey, in this blog.
But here is some fun highlights!
Growing up, I always loved reading, and found art to be influential. Be it theatre, an art piece, photography––if it was artsy, I was interested. I began messing around with editing programs around age 14.
I remember Myspace was a thing, and I didn't get in on that wave of social media due to my interest in editing. Self taught, yet internationally ranked from 2018 to present.
Now being 27, I can still say I enjoy traveling and creating art through photographing of lovers. Being the old soul I am, I’m still not really a social media person.
Talk to me about 5 mins, once you get me on the topic of work, and you'll learn one thing, VERY QUICKLY.
I HAVE A DEVOTION TO BEING ABLE TO CAPTURE, AUTHENTIC, GENUINE LOVE AND USING IT AS A MUSE FOR ART.
Not just "for the gram" either. There is something that just makes my soul happy about being able to turn a house into a museum. I talk massively about wanting to turn all the lovers' love I've made into art, into a gallery.
Yet the history and art lover in me knows that museums are just places seen as worth by donations. So with that knowledge, I do not need a gallery at an acclaimed museum. I just want to turn your home into an exhibit. Made from your love.
So let me give you the equation of perfection experience.

Extraordinary art made from your incomparable love.
As stated before, I started with editing when I was 14.
Had a few mentors along the way, and they always commented on how my editing skills were. Even though the mentorships weren't about editing.
So editing has always been a thing. I have always loved transforming a photo, and going outside of the expected results. Well it is not just editing anymore, but taking a new photo and transforming into a vintage-inspired artwork.
You can read about what else inspires this editing style, transformation really, here.
We'v also love if you would read about WEV, here.
SO here's the sitch!
Ben and Becca got married and combined their Belle and Beast doggos.
To make their own "Bee" hive.
But they then realized they would like to add more bees, well honeybees.
(That's lovers like you)
So they wanted to make sure honeybees from all over the world had a place where there love was more than post, or a blip.
That they had their own hive, after honey of a gallery made from their love coated their abode's walls.
So they made the hive of WEV,
Worldwide Elopement Visuals.
So welcome from Becca Bee 🐝, an artist with a camera (photographer), editor, and co-media curator.
Welcome to the Hive.
I can not wait to plan and immortalize your love in art.
